Carriage Terms

UK Mainland

Standard Service

From receipt of your order our standard delivery service is aimed to deliver the goods to you within five working days, although the majority of deliveries are made well within this period.

Some items, typically goal posts and other bulky sports equipment, may take longer in the interests of economic delivery costs. Please check with Customer Services for an estimated lead time on these items if required.

If you have any special delivery instructions you can give them to us when you place your order. If you wish you can request a pre-notification telephone call on the day before delivery and/or a call from the driver on the day of delivery. Please ensure you include your landline and/or mobile number when placing the order.

For residential deliveries, should you be concerned that you might not be at home when delivery is attempted, you can authorise the goods to be left without a signature in a safe and secure location on your property. Please provide details in the “Special Instructions” box of the order form when placing the order. Please note that chemicals including all pesticides cannot be left without signature.

You can also give us any official Purchase Order number if you are buying on a credit account on behalf of a business.

We will contact you promptly if we are having any difficulty in processing your order and we will send you an email to notify you when your goods have been dispatched.

Standard Charges

Standard charges are applicable to all UK mainland codes and the Isle of Wight.

 

Where the goods are bulky, we have arranged with a number of suppliers that the goods will be delivered directly to our customer by our supplier. This keeps delivery costs to a minimum and also minimises the environmental impact of deliveries. Examples of these goods are bulk loads of top dressings or football goalposts. Where goods are despatched directly from our supplier’s warehouse to you we will charge Manufacturers Carriage as charged to us by our supplier.

Priority Service

Collect from Depot

There may be occasions when it will be more convenient or cheaper for you to collect from one of our  depots. When you place your order you can chose to collect from our trade counter and then nominate the depot from which you would like to collect. After you have placed your order, please telephone the depot 24 hours before you intend to collect, to confirm your goods are in stock, and bring with you the Order Confirmation you will receive from us after your order has been accepted. Goods can be collected Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.

Ex UK Mainland
