Description
The Rainbird Eagle 552B part and full circle BLOCK sprinkler is the smallest of the Rain Bird Golf rotors and is designed for golf tees and very small greens. With throws between 9.8 and 16.8 metres radius it is perfect for many golf applications. This sprinkler, like its big brothers the 751/752, can be converted from part-circle to full-circle with the flick of a screwdriver. The “B” for Block means that this sprinkler does not include an in-built solenoid valve like its “E” brother, and as such is designed to operate with an external solenoid valve.
The 552 supersedes the 551, the main difference being that the 552 has a variable stator so you don’t need to change the stator whenever you change the nozzle.
Rain Bird 552 series adjustable arc rotors provide the right coverage for tee boxes, greens, and other small areas with short and medium throw range. With nozzles that offer higher flow rates, you can apply water precisely where needed in a shorter amount of time.
- Rain Bird 552 has a radius of 9.8 to 16.8 m.
- Can handle pressures from 4.1 to 6.9 bars.
- Nozzle design provides superior water distribution with less sensitivity to spacing difference.
- Solid design and construction provide a higher degree of reliability and longer life than commercial-grade products.
Because this is a block sprinkler it requires a solenoid valve to be installed upstream.
