Plastic Quick coupling valve 3/4″ male BSP base. Use this to connect directly into your irrigation mainline and install it under the ground-level in a valve box. This can then be used as a very handy “tap”; connect the QC key (RB-LP3310) into it with a hose connected, and you instantly have water! Unclick the key and the water stops. Drag the hose to the next Quick-coupling valve and repeat the procedure.
In some applications where sprinklers are required temporarily, you can simply connect a sprinkler to the top of the QC key; insert the key into the QC valve (again installed underground in a valve box so it’s hidden) and again, you instantly have a sprinkler operating. This system is often used in parklands and large gardens where you don’t want a full irrigation system but you do want to give the area a good water every now & then.
