Irrigation Swing Joints
A swing joint should be under EVERY pop-up sprinkler in your golf course. It acts like a shock absorber, so when your mower drives over the sprinkler the swing joint will absorb the weight and protect the underground pipes. Choose the swing joint by it’s connection diameter, which should match your sprinkler’s inlet diameter. Rainbird Eagle golf rotors have an acme thread (compared with BSP) so choose the correct acme thread on your swing joint too.
